Back to the past

Wondering why, I'm addicted listening back to the old song. I bet many of you heard the boy band named Westlife. They are the first Irish boy band I'd fall in love to. Besides their songs' lyric are meaningful such as the songs named "Flying without wings" and "You raise me up", what i love the most listening to their music is their pronunciation when singing the songs. I can easily catch each words they're singing. Clear pronunciation will definitely help in deliver the message of the lyric to the audience. So, everytime i listened to their songs, I easily moved by the songs, especially the song "Flying without wings".

Here are two songs I want to share with you all, hope you like it :)

Hitz

Everyone has their own favourite song's genre. As for me, I still not sure which genre I like the most. The songs I've always listened to can be said the kind of techno and very lively songs, and of course the hitest song. I'm not sure whether you like it or not but the kind of musics/songs I listened to are most likely like these kind of songs: Party Rock Anthem, Danza Kuduro by Don Omar, We found love by Rihanna (ft. Calvin Harris) and etc.

I also love to listen to sentimental songs, but not all of it. Well, maybe that's because I prefer lively and high-spirited songs than listening to blue songs. As the conclusion, I would like to say that, I love to listen nice songs/musics, no matter what kind of language the songs is, as long as it is nice, I love it. ^^

Another relax day

Today’s drama class has been cancelled and that is very good news for me. I never liked my timetable for today because there is only a one hour class in the morning and the class is hold in PC. PC is damn far from my house and the worst thing is my time wasted by waiting the bus! Semester by semester the bus service is getting worse! Class is on 10am and we waited at the bus station at 9am, but the bus reaches the station on 9.55am. We’re already late when we reach PC. What making people fired up is that there are a lot of student waiting at the bus station but there’s only one bus picking up the students. Hell it! I really hate the bus service!

Still, I'm glad that this semester is going to end soon and the most happy thing is TODAY I'm FREE!

Not in the mood...

I feel a little blue today. Why do we have to learn LC?! I don't understand why. I know the most positive answer would be "Because you're taking TESL, so as a English teacher you must first learn how to appreciate literature and know how to make criticism."

Okay, I accept that. But why a simple short story can arouse so many critics?! And why can't I analyze the critics in the short story?! Like today's LC test, simple short story yet the lecturer said there're lots of things can be criticised. Why can't I see the critics?! Haiz...Learning is never a fun thing to do. And what can I do to sharpen my skills in criticise literature?

Hate it! Hate it! Hate it!

Did I mention before that I hate getting sick? Oh well, I think everyone also has the same thought as me. But among all the mild disease, the most I hate is flu.

The reason I hate it because it will affect our sensory organ, our smell, taste and even our instinct will be affected. Our sensing system will become weaker and the most i dislike is stuffed up and leaky nose! Hard to breath during my sleep and it will disturb my body from resting. Every time I wake up from sleep I will feel tired and dizzy because of the flu.

Please flu, get away from me okay? I still have a test to sit on tomorrow...

End of holiday~

Feeling uneasy with the holiday ends today. It feels like the holiday was too short for me. Why happy time always ends so soon and hard time never end? Whats more is that I haven't enjoy much from my holiday yet I need to suffer from getting sick. I hope that this semester ends soon. I can't wait any longer spending my holiday with my beloved family.

Restocking

It's weekend already and my refrigerator is empty. Nothing to eat except instant noodles. I hate to eat instant noodles not only because it is not healthy, it is also because it taste like junk! So we went to the night market and restocking our daily meals. The vegetables sold in the night market can be considered fresh compared to the superstore like Grand Union, TF and Billion. The vegetables sold in the superstore are not fresh and more importantly, it is more expensive than those sold in the night market. But if you want to buy really fresh vegetables, I recommend to buy it from morning market. The earlier you go, the better you will get.

Triple Triplet 1

Nice number today's date, 11.11.11 (11th Nov 2011). They said today is Singles' Day. For me, yes, I am single but why they need to celebrate Singles' Day? What's the point of it? Never mind the date, although it is special because of the number but nothing else, you still need to live on and it's not even a public holiday. People still need to continue to work and others have their own business to do.

But for me, today is a very special day. It's because today is my mom's birthday. I will never forget my mom's birthday because it is the easiest date to remember. I talked to my mom just now and I'm relief that she had a great time there. I wish the best for my mom and I wish for her health and pray that everything will be fine for the future. Stay happy and healthy mom~ I love you~!!

Sad

I just reached TM this afternoon. Feel so weird without my brother by my side. For just a few days I stayed in my brother's house and I had already get used to the lifestyle there. Although he need to go for work and I have to stay at his home alone in the morning, I still enjoy myself there. I'm happy with all the house chores and I'm glad that I have the opportunity to cook for them. It just feel so weird getting home alone without my family by my side. I miss home...

Getting Blue

It's Wednesday night already, and tomorrow I will have to depart back to TM. It just feel so lonely having to get back TM so early. Not that I don't want to stay longer at my brother's house but I just can't stay too long. There are a lot of things I need to do. I have tons of assignments need to hand in and there are quite a few test I have to sit yet I haven't prepare myself yet. Why does the clock tick so fast? Why does the time won't stop? Why can't the holiday extended? I just hate to get separated with my family. I hate that feeling very much.

Shopping~

I love shopping with my brother. Beside that I love to be with my family, it is also because my brother is paying for the bills. Haha! Yaya, I know people will say that I'm a spoiled sister but I strongly disagree with that statement. I never ever am a spoiled kid because I almost never asked anything very expensive from my family. Even when I ask money from my parents I also will ask for it when I really desperate to use it.

Well, never mind all those mood spoiling things. I just want to emphasise that I'm so happy today! (yet I'm sad that I will be going back to TM soon...)

My first try

I planned to make "Kek Batik" for a long time ago yet I never make it. So I bought some ingredients from TESCO or JUSCO (whatever the superstore named). There are many kinds of way to do "Kek Batik" but for me, I use the smallest packet of Milo (200g), one packet of Tiger's Marie biscuits (if not mistaken is 320g), Buttercups' butter (250g), and a small amount of water and sugar.

The process of making this "Kek Batik/Kuih Batik" is very easy:
1. First of all, crack the biscuits into half.
2. Then, heat up the wok/pot and pour the water into it. Boil the water first before pouring in the Milo powder.
3. After a while, put in the butter and a small amount of sugar. If you like it taste sweeter, put more sugar in it.
4. After mixing all the ingredients, put out the fire and stir the mixture with the biscuits.
5. Place the mixture in a container and beautify it by smoothen the surface.
6. After that, just put it in the fridge for an hour and you can serve it right after that.

It's easy as ABC so if you're interested, just do it yourself. It really taste good.

Trip to Melaka

It's not my first time visiting Melaka. Still, I'm looking forward having this trip with my brother before the holiday started. It took us around one hour to reach Melaka from Seremban. We departed at 9am and we reached there at around 10am something.

The first place we head to was Jonker Street. There is a restaurant or rather I called it a small shop lot that sells very nice "Laksa Mee". Besides the yummy "Laksa Mee", the "Ais Batu Campur" is also a well-known dessert by the locals. The price of the foods there are reasonable and the size served is satisfactory.

After having our brunch, we walked along the street. I managed to buy a few T-shirts and a pair of slipper. Before we depart home, we went for sight-seeing around Melaka. It was a nice trip and I'm exhausted. I think I better off to bed now. Bye.
